2.2. Creators retain ownership of the templates they submit. However, by submitting templates, creators grant TGM Infotech Pvt. 3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Creators have the discretion to set the price for their templates within the guidelines provided by TGM Infotech Pvt. Ltd..

3.2. TGM Infotech Pvt. Ltd. will handle all payment processing for template sales through the platform. Creators will receive payments for sales, minus any applicable fees, in accordance with the payment schedule specified by TGM Infotech Pvt. Ltd..

6.1. Creators represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and distribute the templates they submit to the platform.

7. Termination
